Once your order cancellation request has been confirmed, a refund will be made to your card if payment has been received from your credit card. Installment payments are returned in installments according to bank processes. Since the refund process differs depending on your bank, you can track your returns by contacting your bank.

6. My return code has expired, how can I get a new code?
Your return code will expire 7 days after creation. If you have not delivered your return package to the shipping branch or courier within this period and you are within the 30-day return period from the invoice date, you can receive your free return shipping code by initiating a return request.
7. How to refund the product I received in installments?
If you made a purchase with the installment payment option, the refund will be returned by your bank to your card in installments.
8. Can I return the products I bought from Beymenclub.com?
The satisfaction of our valued customers is always a priority for us. If you wish to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions;
- You can return your products with all accessories that have not passed 30 days after the invoice date, the product protection tape has not been opened, the labels have not been removed, the labels have not been removed, used and are available for resale. 10. Can I change a product I bought from Beymenclub.com?
If you wish to replace your unmodified products purchased from Beymenclub.com, we will be happy to assist you within the following conditions;
- You can exchange Beymen Club products that meet the exchange and return conditions from any Beymen Club store with your invoice no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
- Exchange can only be made in Beymen Club stores. We remind you that only product exchanges can be made in our stores and no refunds can be made.
- Product exchanges purchased at Beymen Club store can only be made in Beymen Club stores.
- We remind you that for gift product exchanges, you must carry your Gift Exchange Card with you and that gift exchanges cannot be refunded.
- Products prepared in accordance with your wishes; products such as food that can deteriorate quickly or may pass the expiration date; products such as cosmetics, books, accessories with protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals and packages opened; exchange and return conditions do not apply to products such as underwear and swimwear that are not suitable for health and hygiene purposes.
- Except for return and exchange, your legal rights are reserved in respect of products that are defective due to sales and do not meet the quality stated on them.
11. How soon will the refund be made after the return process?
After your return arrives at the relevant warehouse, it will be checked whether it meets the return conditions and the refund of the returned products will be completed within 3 working days. You will be notified by email when your returns are completed by beymenclub.com. After this stage, the period of reflection of the return to your account varies depending on the bank processes.
